I recently purchased a pair of Shure earphones. I paid over $120 for them so, although they were the cheapest of the Shure models, they were about 4 times more expensive than I was originally planning on spending.
Now maybe it's just me (and my wife who they were actually purchased for), but I did not get the sound experience I was expecting. Tinny, hollow, bass-less; not what you would expect from such a high priced pair of earphones.
I asked my buddy, who also bought a pair, what he thought. He loved his and said I probably got a defective pair.
Who knows, but I'm returning them.
